pork tenderloin, a tale of temperature

Pork tenderloin is anything but boring. In my opinion this wonderful cut of meat is like a bare canvas, the bendy yogi of meat. The goal is getting it to the perfect temperature, regardless of mode of cooking. 150° is the recommended internal temperature for a tenderloin, leaving the meat pinkish and juicy in the middle. Meet my new meat BFF, Meater. My cousin, a meat lover, recommended this product that monitors meat temperature while you’re cooking! What? Its genius! And so took this little guy for a spin with a bon appetit recipe to create a juicy, flavour-filled, palate adventure with perfectly cooked pork tenderloin. Thank you Mike!

Note: always, always, always let your meat rest.
