char-grilled asparagus salad

This is light, fresh and fabulous. Serve as a side for a BBQ. Lovely


400g (140z) asparagus, trimmed
80g (3oz) curly endive (frisee)
parmesan cheese shavings to serve
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt and cracked black pepper

Preheat a barbecue or char-grill to medium. Cook the asparagus for 2 minutes each side or until just tender. Place on a serving plate and top with endive and parmesan. Whisk together the mustard, honey, oil, salt and pepper, spoon over the salad and serve.
